The Bihar Eco Tourism Development Society (BETDS) (the “Concessioning Authority” / “Authority”), under the Environment, Forest & Climate Change Department, Government of Bihar, is engaged in the development of eco-tourism infrastructure and sustainable tourism initiatives in the State of Bihar. As part of this endeavour, the Authority has decided to undertake the Development of Integrated Eco-Tourism, Wellness & Adventure Destination at Kukurjhap Reservoir/Anjan Dam ( Cluster II), Bihar through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Basis (the “Project”) and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a bidder to whom the Project may be awarded.
